Azurmendi is located in the Biscay province of the Basque Country, Spain, near Bilbao.
Bilbao is one of the most successful examples of the Creative City Project in the world. It is an artistictly renowned city, with its Guggenheim Museum designed by Frank Gehry and its famous gastronomy.
